Booking Policy

Hair By GeorgiaCN operates as a small business with a restricted number of appointments. When you schedule an appointment, that time slot is reserved just for you. To guarantee this, we have implemented the following policies:

To secure your appointment, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is 30% of the total cost of the service you are booked in for. The deposit will be deducted off the total bill.

72hrs prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text message. Please reply "Yes" to confirm your booking or if you need to reschedule or cancel please call us on 0438 503 565.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment this must be done with at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time slot.

The deposit will be forfeited if you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice. If you do not show to appointment your deposit will also be forfeited.

If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48hrs notice a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment time slot.

No appointments will be held without a deposit on their account.

Please understand that as a small business with limited availabilities, these policies are put in place to be fair to clients that are wanting an appointment and have missed out due to last minute cancellations or no shows.
